Do you mean making jelly from wine? I’ve always wanted to do that. Making wine from jelly would be a bad idea due to the high sugar and pectin content of jelly. Pectin will make the wine cloudy without A LOT of pectinase. You’d be better off buying a wine kit or solid fruit. Warren Place
